Natuurlijk, ik zou het zo formuleren:

Thank you for your feedback.

We're sorry to hear that some of the tiles arrived with defects. If you receive damaged or defective tiles, please feel free to contact us at hello@mosaicshop.eu so we can look into this for you.

Regarding the finish, most of the tiles in this collection are glossy, but a few colors have a matte finish. This is indicated in the product information for each color on our website.

Dank u wel voor uw mooie woorden over ons assortiment en de website. Jammer om te horen dat de bezorging via DHL bij u niet goed verloopt. Helaas ligt dit buiten onze invloed, maar we begrijpen dat dit vervelend is.

We’re happy to hear that you were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tiles and glass tiles! 😊 We also appreciate your recognition of our packaging efforts – we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
And of course, we’re glad you enjoyed the chocolate! 😄
